y = 2/3x + 2 /*4
6x - 4y = -10

4y = 8/3x + 8
-4y = -10 - 6x

0 = 8/3x + 8 - 10 - 6x
6x - 8/3x = -2     /*3
18x -  8x = -6
10x = -6
x = - 6/10 = - 0.6

y = 2/3x + 2 = 2/3 * (-6/10) + 2 = - 2/5 + 2 =  -  0.4 + 2 =  1.6

the correct result would be one solution: (- 0.6, 1.6).
