Have a test tomorrow about this and I want to understand how to do it so if anyone can explain how to do these problems it would be much appreciated :) Identify what is wrong with
each of the following statements for exercises 4 to 10.
4. Statistics Sam was working on a study comparing the GPA of students with the average time it
takes the student to read a chapter in a certain college level book. He calculated the correlation
and got the value 0.82. In his description he described the association as straight, negative, and
strong.
5. Data Donna has just completed her research paper on how the amount of time spent playing
violent video games relates with a child's aggression level as measured by an observation test.
She obtained a respectable correlation coefficient of 0.68, but she decided to change her units
from minutes to hours. She decided to multiply her correlation by 60 to account for the change.
