So you have a 3 ft yard stick and 4ft shadow that is a 133% in lengh to the yardstick. so the if the 26 feet flagpole is 34.58 feet high

If there are four friends then each would get, 1.25 or 1 1/4. so this is how i solved 5 ÷ 4 = 1.25 . hope this ; )
