A warm-up is intended to prepare the mind and body for physical activity. You might participate in regularly scheduled activities such as sports or workout programs. If so, try to complete the warm-ups in this document before your sport or workout. Follow the protocol mentioned in the knowledge article for the warm-ups. If you don’t have an activity planned, you must still complete the warm-ups. Follow the warm-up with 30 minutes or more of walking or jogging, or choose a different physical activity that you enjoy.
