Either describe, sketch, or take a picture of a real system whose motion can be described by a single coordinate. At least one of the components must have mass, and at least one must have stiffness. For each of the components, indicate if it has mass, stiffness, and/or damping. Also explain if this is a rotational or translational system and why. The system you pick must be something you encounter in everyday life and may not be a system that has been discussed in class.
