Perception is influenced by both our personalities, the cultural value where we grow up, and the things that we learned as we grow up.
Because of this, the perception of two people can be extremely different when they are evaluating a same thing.

d) supreme court of justice. to counteract the rigidity of the written constitution, judicial action is required to interpret said constitution and necessary changes can be made.
