Commercial speech refers to speech—printed, broadcast or on the Internet—that advertises a product or service. Commercial speech is given much less protection as compared to political speech as it may be regulated by the government in cases where political speech would be protected.

first, the romans stayed isolated because they had to defend their own territories from neighboring cities that were harassing them, like the etruscans. second, once the romans managed to defeat their neighbors, and started to expand their territory, they started to build roads and bridges. finally, now that the romans have covered their territory with roads functioning as highways, they could mobilize their legions faster to assemble larger military units in a specific place.

in this scenario it would be the consumer demand as most influential in making the decision. the band members need to figure out where and from whom they will make the most money, in other words who out of the two consumer groups - football fans or car drivers - will spend their money, who is more likely to contribute to their cause and buy what they are offering.
