In a paragraph, explain the branches of rome's republic?

There are 3 branches in the rome republic, 1. Consuls, 2. The Senate, 3. The Assembly. It was a group made of 300 citizens from romes oldest and wealthiest families, aka patrician. (i dont have enough time to type a paragraph sorry.)  

the supreme court plays a big role in government. the constitution gives them ability to check the president and the congresses actions and dictate if their actions are allowed by the constitution or not.
