Task: Write one paragraph which discusses whether or not you believe the New Deal was effective.
Be sure to include:
Claim: introduce the topic and make your claim (Remember you claim is not just that it was effective/ineffective,
but also WHY)
Evidence: one piece for and one against your argument
Reasoning: for of each piece of evidence (remember that the reasoning for the evidence that goes AGAINST
your argument should express why that argument is weaker than yours)
Conclusion: Concluding sentence to wrap everything up and reestablish why your argument is better than the
counter argument.
