The most important to make sure a message is being conveyed to an audience would be communication organization. I believe this is the most important since the topics, arguments, and statements made to support the claim all tie back together in how you plan to show and speak about your message and goal. In regards to using social media, yes & no since while many young adults may not watch the news on TV they are more known to follow a credited new source on social media which gives them the important news on the worlds events. So if making sure your argument is broadcasted to all age groups I would say make sure to gear your message to all audiences in order to get the most feedback and support.
