The constitution may be described as a legal writing which encompasses various aspects of policy and decision making aimed at making guided decision and for reference purposes, hence also serving as precedent. A country's constitution offers so much in terms of stability as it provides a direction to thread in almost all circumstances. It is also to be referred to when making judicial decisions once all facts are available. A very important essence is that it gives a direction for decision and policy making, even the president or senate head are guided by the constitution.
