Why would states printing and creating money cause problems?

The Fed tries to influence the supply of money in the economy to promote noninflationary growth,But most of the money comes from the government

d) supreme court of justice. to counteract the rigidity of the written constitution, judicial action is required to interpret said constitution and necessary changes can be made.
