The idea emphasized France's support where its people were enthusiastic for revolution and also well prepared for it irrespective of the United States's citizens' who were less excited for it.

Another idea was also representing Benidickt Arnold's bravery in serving the army during the revolutionary war. He was a famous general but a defect for the British empire during the war period when started serving as a Brigadier General for the US.
