Who has been considered a "forgotten" person in the courtroom?

The most forgotten people in the courtroom is the victim because they not being identified clearly. Another thing is that there is a presence of uncertainty when it comes to their role in the process of criminal justice and that they have no knowledge about the process being done.

an informal structure in a bureaucracy would be something like so-called "office politics". where there's a formal structure set up for the organization, but then an informal subculture as well that has a way of organizing the bureaucracy further. this can be positive because it sets up an added degree of organization, albeit informal, within the bureaucracy.
