The branch of government writes the laws

All three branches of government help create a new law, however the legislative branch is the one responsible for writing the laws. They write them and pass them through. Once they are passed through the legislative branch, they are turned over to the executive branch for the members such as a the President to sign. The judicial branch then ensures everyone is following these laws.
