From Spain, I would love to try a good Iberian Ham, as it is one of Spain's main delicacies and considered to be some of the best ham in the world, it´s full of flavor after a very thorough production, and selection process. I would eat this probably in the evening, with a glass of wine and some cheese; from Argentina a Choripan. Argentina is famous for its meats, and the go-to street food is the Choripan, prepared with chimichurri sauce. The quality of argentinian chorizos is very good. I would have one in the afternoon, as a quick bite after work or hanging out with friends; from Colombia, a fish Sancocho. I love soups, and this one is like no other, made with potatoes, yuca, local vegetables and fish, seasoned with herbs an lemon, is a wonderful combination of flavours. This one would be perfect for a Sunday lunch with the family; from Cuba a Ropa Vieja, this one is a very typical cuban dish, probably the most famous one. It´s a delicious stew of shredded beef with vegetables, great to have at lunch during the week, and from Mexico some good Tacos al Pastor. I love spicy food, so mexican food is definitely a must, and what better dish than the typical tacos al pastor, the most popular type of tacos. I would probably have them in the evening, as a quick bite when hanging out with friends outside.
