They look at there idea and what materials would create there idea. They break it down into steps to know if they do one thing it will impact the rest of the project how. In steps artists do there project to get the final result.

Artists get inspiration from something they like and paint down their feelings about it. They show their true beauty by painting or drawing their emotions, intentions, and their perspective on the artwork.
