Kepler's 1st law of motion-  According to the first law, all the planets that exist in our solar system revolve around the sun maintaining an elliptical path. These orbital paths are not circular in shape. According to the Ptolemaic system, the earth is considered to be fixed and is present at the center of the universe, and the Sun, planets, and other planets orbits around the earth. This orbital path is not circular-shaped. When observations were made from the steady earth, it is found to be producing an eccentric type of orbital path.
