▪Water is very important in the human body. 100% of your body depends on water. When drink water in the morning, you will have hydrated it. This is like oiling when it comes to cars. Car parts need oiling to to run extra smoothly.

▪Water and food keep your body energized for the day, you may miss a meal in the morning but dont miss drinking water. Have you ever had a headache that completely came out of nowhere ? Yes. It came because of lack of enough water in your body. Am not sure how the brain uses the water but its a fact about the headache.

▪If our body was a child and if water was sugar, trust me all the sugar in the house would instantly dissapear hehe.

▪Instead you can add something like blended juice (yum yum hehe) i love blended juice besides it also contains water. : )
