Because these students are not acclimated to heat and therefore the body absorbs more heat at a very short period of time and this causes harm for the body.

While practicing and in training activities during the hot-weathers it is mostly advised to wear a full uniform or padding to prevent from heat illness because it will try to stop the water losses from the body. The heavy gear worn by the athletes behaves as a heat absorber and prevents heat that reaches to the body.
